On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., Web Tenant Compliance (WTC) software will be shut down, and WTC users will no longer have access to the software.
All reporting for tenant data, documents, and Financial Asset Management will only be done through Procorem. Please reach out to your Asset Manager if you need assistance.
2025 Rent and Income Limits Released
HUD has released the 2025 income limits for their programs and the MTSP limits for the tax credit/bond programs. New limits are effective 04/01/2025.
HUD has released new rules for the federal HOME Program. The new rules went into effect on April 20, 2025, except for two provisions, which are delayed until October 2025.
The delayed provisions are:
24 CFR 92.250 – Maximum per-unit subsidy amount, underwriting, and subsidy layering – paragraph (c), which encourages green building.
