PBCA Section 8 Property managers—reminder to maintain three (3) years of history in a tenant file. Otherwise, managers will have to retrieve the information from their archive before RIHousing goes to the site for an MOR.
UPDATE your property contact information.This includes all positions in your management company. Please ensure your property’s contact information is always current and accurate. Our new form allows property management to update their information themselves.
